What are we all about anyway?
Free Bible Lesson's online is our number one and first goal from the outset, now we are going to add more reasons besides Free Bible Lesson's, such as Mountain Country Living - based on the fact of eating Vegetarian Country Style and finding Vegetarian Temperance Alternatives.

I use to say I was a vegetarian and was then ask if I eat chicken? Beef? and Fish? No to all three and in my thoughts "that is what I said, No Chicken (meat) No Beef (meat) Fish (meat)
OK if that is not enough to say to get the idea across then it is time to take action and find myself something to call myself that they will ask "What is that?"
Vegetarian - I eat Fruit, Nuts, Grains, Vegetables, Seed's and Legumes / Beans. and for a little comidy I also eat Tofu as one critic put it "To-Foo"!
Temperance - Moderation in that which is healthful and abstainousness from that which is not healthful (Junk food) or toxic to the body, such as poison.
Alternative - an alternative to meat (vegetarian)
Did I leave anything out? I hope not, I tried not to.
The second part of that same question is now Recipes!
So we are in the process of creating in the month of January Recipes section with 14 main pages for Recipes and then 1 main page for searching for recipes and 2 main home pages one for recipes listed and 1 on what you can eat and help the body get better from what the doctor has given as a dignosis.

Recipes - Vegetarian Temperance Alternative and Vegetarian Country Style are the recipes that will be shared here. VTA = is the cookbook online. the Cookbook is sold out at this time but if we can get 50 request for the book and the money for the order we can reprint the book in 4 - 6 weeks by intrest.
Vegetarian Country Style is the second cookbook not yeat printed for the first time and we will have to find enough intrest to print it.
Nor Foods are a unique set of recipes for those interested in the transition foods such as meat alternatives
Note these are very tasty and not at all like meat because they were created by a Vegetarian by birth and not having eaten or tasted most of the meats it can not be to close but they are good alternatives for meals.
